 ed a scholarship to the Moseley School of Art in Birmingham and continued 
 art studies at tertiary level for 3 years at the College of Art (City Univ
 ersity\, Birmingham) and a further 2 years at Shrewsbury College of Art. A
 lthough he exhibited locally and in London it was difficult to make a livi
 ng as an artist so Robin became a musician and travelled extensively\, mea
 ning sketching and pen and wash became his only practicable art activity. 
 Since arriving in Queensland in 1989\, painting has again become paramount
  and Robin has had successes in a number of exhibitions\, and his students
  also. He is looking forward to helping us extend our abilities in drawing
  and applying a wash.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>

 80.00 non-member</strong></p>\n<p>Robin was awarded a scholarship to the M
 oseley School of Art in Birmingham and continued art studies at tertiary l
 evel for 3 years at the College of Art (City University\, Birmingham) and 
 a further 2 years at Shrewsbury College of Art. Although he exhibited loca
 lly and in London it was difficult to make a living as an artist so Robin 
 became a musician and travelled extensively\, meaning sketching and pen an
 d wash became his only practicable art activity. Since arriving in Queensl
 and in 1989\, painting has again become paramount and Robin has had succes
 ses in a number of exhibitions\, and his students also. He is looking forw
 ard to helping us extend our abilities in drawing\, composition and perspe

 rapy. She has had several exhibitions around Brisbane.  At this workshop w
 e will look at types of pastels\, papers\, and underpainting techniques as
